Patient Centre Workbench
The Patient Centre Workbench is a Medication Review dashboard and is comprised of two tabs.
- The Activities tab
- The Pending tab
Activities Tab
The Activities tab displays scheduled Medication Reviews for the day you are viewing it, as well as for any previous reviews that were not completed. It does not show future Medication Reviews. Medication Reviews scheduled for the future can be viewed in Nexxsys, in More > Activities by selecting the appropriate date.
There are two sub-tabs in the Activities tab:
- Show My Appointments - displays the scheduled Medication Reviews for the logged in user for that day or those appointments that have rolled over from previous days.
- Show All Appointments - displays all scheduled Medication Reviews that day or those appointments that have rolled over from previous days. Use this if a patient is in the pharmacy but the review has been scheduled for another pharmacist.
Pending Tab
The Pending tab displays Medication Reviews that have been started but not completed.
There are three sub-tabs in the Pending tab:
- To Do Status - currently not used.
- In Process Status - saved but not completed Medication Reviews.
- Pending DTP - reviews that were pended and are awaiting a resolution to a drug therapy problem.
